Kharkiv IT Cluster participated in starting a business incubator “EO Business Incubator”, supported by USAID. This USAID program supports Ukrainian start-ups, small and medium enterprises, in the most perspective and optimistic start-up potential regions – Kharkiv and Kyiv.
